Dust Collection & Dust Suppression Systems

Dust is not only an environmental and health issue — it destroys bearings, blinds screens, contaminates electrical panels and shortens the life of every rotating component near it. Controlling dust at the source protects the plant as much as the people working in it.

NEXORA fabricates and installs both approaches to industrial dust control: collection, which captures dust and removes it from the air, and suppression, which knocks dust down with atomised water before it becomes airborne.

Dust Collection

We fabricate and install dust collectors, extraction hoods, ducting and support structures, sized and positioned for the transfer points, crushers, screens and conveyors that actually generate the dust. Existing collectors are repaired, modified and re-ducted where performance has fallen off.

Dust Suppression and Fog Cannons

Fog cannons are fabricated and supplied for stockpiles, crushing areas, haul roads and open handling zones, together with spray bar and nozzle-based suppression at transfer and discharge points. Systems are built for the water quality and pressure available on site.
