Stone Crusher Plant Services
Complete stone crusher plant installation, mechanical and electrical works, machinery repair, fabrication and preventive maintenance for quarries and aggregate producers.
A crusher plant is judged on one number: tonnes produced per operating hour. Everything else — the crusher, the screens, the feeders, the conveyors, the electrical system and the structure holding it together — exists to protect that number. NEXORA works on all of it, as a single contractor, so plant availability is not lost in the gaps between disciplines.
We install complete crushing and screening plants, execute the mechanical and electrical works, fabricate chutes, hoppers, walkways and supports, repair crusher machinery, and maintain plants under planned programmes. Work is carried out for quarries, aggregate producers, mining and construction companies across Saudi Arabia.
Complete Plant Installation
Plant installation covers receiving and setting equipment, structural erection, mechanical assembly, drive and conveyor installation, electrical installation and termination, and functional checks through to production. We work from the supplier layout and to the realities of the site — ground conditions, feed arrangement, stockpile positions and the sequence in which the plant has to be commissioned.
Mechanical Works
Mechanical scope includes crusher setting and adjustment, drive alignment, bearing and shaft work, conveyor installation and tracking, idler and pulley replacement, screen installation, and the fabrication and fitting of chutes, liners, guards and supports.
Electrical Works
Electrical scope covers motor control centres and starter panels, VFD and soft starter installation, motor installation and termination, cable routing and containment, control and interlock wiring, lighting and earthing — with sequencing and interlocks configured so the plant starts and stops in the correct order.
Maintenance and Breakdown Support
Planned maintenance programmes are built around your production calendar, with inspection intervals set by component rather than by convenience. Where a plant is already down, we mobilise to diagnose, repair or fabricate the failed part and return the plant to production.

How the work is executed

Site and scope assessment
We review the plant layout, equipment schedule, site conditions and production targets, and agree the scope and sequence in writing.

Civil and structural preparation
Supports, structures and retaining works are prepared or fabricated so equipment can be set correctly the first time.

Mechanical installation
Crushers, screens, feeders and conveyors are set, aligned, assembled and connected, with chutes and guards fabricated to fit.

Electrical installation
Panels, motors, cabling, control and interlock wiring are installed and terminated, and protection settings are configured.

Commissioning and handover
The plant is checked no-load, then run in sequence under load, with adjustments made and the plant handed over in production.

Ongoing maintenance
A planned maintenance programme and breakdown support arrangement can be put in place from the day of handover.
