Storage capacity on an industrial site is rarely a standard size. NEXORA fabricates silos and industrial tanks to the capacity, dimensions and footprint the site allows — including the support structure, access arrangement and connection points that make the vessel usable once installed.
Silo Fabrication
Silos are fabricated with the discharge arrangement, cone angle, support legs and access platform decided against the material being stored and how it will be drawn off. Filling connections, level indication provision, venting and dust control connections are built in rather than added later.
Industrial Tanks
Storage tanks are fabricated to customer drawings and specifications, with nozzle positions, manways, internal fittings, supports and finish agreed before fabrication begins.
