Crusher Repair
Jaw, cone and impact crushers are inspected, stripped and repaired: bearing replacement, shaft and eccentric repair, toggle and tension assemblies, liner and jaw plate replacement, frame repair and drive alignment. Settings are checked and adjusted so the machine produces to specification after repair, not just turns.
Screens, Feeders and Conveyors
Vibrating screens and feeders are repaired including mechanism overhaul, spring and mounting replacement, deck and mesh work, and body crack repair. Conveyor work covers belt installation and jointing, tracking and tensioning, and repair or replacement of rollers, idlers, pulleys and drums.
