Custom steel and sheet metal fabrication — enclosures, industrial components, guards, chutes, frames and structures built to drawing or to sample.
Most industrial fabrication requests arrive in one of three forms: a drawing, a damaged part, or a problem described over the phone. NEXORA works from all three. Our fabrication shop produces custom steel and sheet metal components for industrial plants — from a single replacement guard to a complete fabricated assembly.
Fabrication is carried out in-house, which means dimensions, material grade, plate thickness, reinforcement and finish are decided against how the part will actually be used, not against a catalogue.
What We Fabricate
Work includes electrical and equipment enclosures, control panel boxes, machine guards, chutes and hoppers, brackets and frames, skids and bases, platforms and supports, ducting, covers and access panels, and general structural and sheet metal components.
Built to Drawing or to Sample
Where a drawing exists we build to it. Where it does not, we can measure the existing part, take the mounting dimensions from the machine, and fabricate a replacement that fits — which is often the fastest route back to production when an original part is obsolete.
