Industrial electrical equipment fails in service for a limited number of reasons: incorrect selection, poor installation, an unsuitable environment, or a protection setting that never matched the load. NEXORA supplies, installs and maintains industrial control and protection equipment with those causes in mind, so replacement components last rather than fail the same way again.

Drives and Starters

We supply and install variable frequency drives and soft starters, configure their parameters for the driven load, and set acceleration, deceleration and protection to suit the application. Existing drives are commissioned, reprogrammed, repaired or replaced as required.

Protection and Switchgear

Contactors, overload relays, circuit breakers, isolators and protection relays are supplied and installed, with settings calculated against the actual motor and cable data rather than left at factory defaults.

Installation and Troubleshooting

Site work covers power and control cabling, containment, terminations, earthing, and fault finding on machinery that trips, fails to start or draws abnormal current. Where the problem is mechanical rather than electrical, our mechanical team is on the same site visit.
