Industrial steelwork carries equipment, people and process loads, often in the middle of a plant that cannot stop. NEXORA fabricates and erects structural steel for industrial facilities — from equipment supports and access platforms through to complete structures.
Fabrication
Steel is cut, drilled, assembled and welded in the workshop, marked for erection sequence, surface prepared and coated, and delivered to site in a sequence that matches the erection programme.
Erection
Site erection covers setting out, lifting and positioning, bolting and welding, alignment and levelling, and the installation of decking, handrails, ladders and access arrangements.
Platforms and Access
Access platforms, walkways, stairs and maintenance platforms are fabricated and installed so that plant equipment can actually be reached and maintained — a common gap in plants that were extended piece by piece.
